Notice of Intention to Declare a Dividend with the Bank of Nauru (in liquidation)
Attention: All creditors/account holders of the Bank of Nauru
This is to advise that a final dividend distribution of the Bank of Nauru is to be declared in December 2025. This final distribution will be based on the validated amount the Bank owes you.
If you are a registered or known creditor and do not dispute the amount owed to you, you must complete and submit:

If you are disputing the amount owed to you by the bank or believe your claim has not been registered yet by the Government, you must submit:
- Form 1 Nominated bank account details collection form,
- Form 3 Statutory Declaration form, and
- Form 2: Proof of Debt Form with relevant supporting documentation
Important: For further information and guidance on completion of Form 2 and list of required supporting documentation, please refer to the document titled “Guidance on Completing Form 2 Proof of Debt Form”
You must submit these forms to the Social Welfare Office on or before Friday, 19 December 2025, by 5.00pm (Nauru time).
If you do not submit a claim by this date, you will forfeit any future claim you have against the Bank and you will be excluded from the final dividend distribution.
